How do I register for a course?

Visit our Courses page, choose the one you need, and complete checkout. You’ll get immediate access once your registration is complete.

What are my state requirements for CE?

Each state has its own continuing education rules. You can find a full, up-to-date list on our [State Requirements] page. We strongly recommend checking it before enrolling to make sure the course fits your licensing needs.

Do I need special computer software?

No special software is needed. A modern browser and stable internet connection are all you need.

What if I forget my username and password?

We use a password-less login system. Just enter your email address and we’ll send you a one-time code to sign in. If you’ve lost access to that email, our support team can help you get back in.

Can I stop a course and then start it again?

Yes. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can pause and return whenever it’s convenient.

Can I view more than one course at a time?

No. State boards require courses to be taken one at a time. Our system is built to support that—once you finish one, you can immediately start the next.

Can I print my course material?

Yes. You’re free to print all course content—slides, research articles, forms, and supporting documents included in the course.

How do I receive the Course Certificate of Completion?

Once you complete the course and pass any required quizzes, your certificate will be available immediately. You can download it right away, and we’ll also email you a copy.

How fast can I get my certificate after finishing?

Instantly. As soon as the course requirements are completed, your certificate is ready for download—no waiting period, no approvals.

Do I get lifetime access or does the course expire?

You get lifetime access to the course and any notes you’ve taken. If a course is required again in a future renewal cycle, you’ll still be able to review it—but to have it count toward that new CE period, you’ll need to re-purchase it. That’s a state requirement, not ours.

Are these just narrated slides?

No. While we include slide-based lessons, our courses are designed to be more engaging. You’ll find case studies, research breakdowns, and interactive checkpoints to make sure you’re learning—not just watching.
